Life is about choices:

It is in our control...

If it makes you happy.. GO FOR IT
If it makes you sad.. WHY THE HELL ARE YOU PUTTING YOURSELF THROUGH IT?

The past are lessons
The present is just that...A PRESENT! Be thankful
The future is ours to create

If you had to live your life over... make it the kind of life you would want to live again and again

Hands

Hands


Walking along the road hands swinging slightly to and fro
Where they are swinging to, they don't know
The feet are in control of this path of life
The hands just follow and await their strife

Tis not always fair this constant unknown
For the feet they have a mind of their own
They lead into sunshine and light
Through sorrow and might

They walk to a purpose only they seem to know
Sometimes with notice and sometimes just "on the go"
They take with them the hands that are so eager to comply
The hands that never question the where or the why?

Once to the destination the hands begin their search
When suddenly they come upon a touch that makes them lurch
For through touch they discover their real true bliss
To hold, to comfort, to embrace, to rejoice, to pull someone close for that special kiss

Hands are a treasure unlike no other
They hold strength and compassion to share with another
They are God's gift to us to share in His glory
For it is in the palm of His hands that hold us during life's fury

It is He that comforts us through the hands of another
It is He that bathes us in love through the hands of each other
It is his feet that take us from here to there
So our hands can join with all to share....

Power of Positivity

The book The Secret talks alot about being positive and negative thoughts. It surmises ( is that a word) that you attract what it is you put out.. If you are thinking negative then you attract negative, if you are thinking positive then you attract positive. For the next week I am going to TRY to think only Positive... let see if the theory of attraction pans out..?

Love and Lessons

I thought I was in love?
I thought I had the perfect marriage.. but it was without love?
I thought I was loved? But then I was not enough?
I know love for my children.. it is heart wrenching and constant.. can instantly bring smiles, laugh and tears?
I dream that I can find this same love in a mate.. but to date...
I find what i am looking for in love is bits of pieces of different individuals? But when will I find it all in one?
I dream that being IN LOVE is possible for many years?
But am I just dreaming?
